Ukadiche Modak and Samosa in Dumpling Planet

Context: Dumpling Planet is an International Recipe Cookbook published in Shanghai. 

This cookbook was a charity project by the Consular Spouses of Shanghai and Shanghai Women's Federation.

I had an opportunity to work as Vice-President of the organisation. And most importantly to share Indian dumplings recipes with the world. I shared the recipe of Samosa and the Ukadiche Modak. 

It was sheer pleasure to work as VP and to share my cuisine.
