3 cups bajra flour,
1.5 cup grated jaggery,
approx. 1 cup ghee,
1 tbsp cardamon powder,
2 tbsp dry ginger (soonth) powder,
1/4 cup milk (optional)
In kadhai roast bajra flour in ghee for @ 15 min on medium flame. Add grated jaggery, cardamon and dry ginger powder. Mix well. let it cool down a bit. Its winter so don't let it be too cold. Check if you can roll into ladoos. If necessary add milk n roll ladoos.

Found preparing ladoos is good exercise for hand, wrist, palm and fingers. So surely one can enjoy that without feeling guilty. ;-)
